Scholarships Early Childhood Education ScholarshipsPATCH ScholarshipsThe PATCH Scholarship program allows people to increase their knowledge in current developmentally appropriate practices and increase the number of people entering into the early care and education profession. Funded by the Department of Human Services, PATCH scholarships provide training reimbursement for early childhood specific college courses, PACE workshops (if converted to college credits) or assessment fees for obtaining/renewing a CDA certificate. In addition, PATCH has designated a limited amount of scholarship funding for its new Needs-Based Scholarship which distributes monies at the time tuition is due. Maximum amount $750.00 per round (3 rounds per year: September, February, June). Limited funds are distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that timing restrictions and application deadlines also apply. What is eligible?
Sucessful passing of college level courses in early childhood education, conversion of PACE classes to college credits, and/or award of a CDA credential.
