PATCH makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding their license status and the nature AND quality OF child care and accepts no liability for services rendered by said providers, including but not limited to, any intentional or negligent acts by the providers resulting in injury to children under their care and/or damage to property of the children/parents.

We strongly recommend that you carefully read the Provider's contract before signing it to help avoid any future disputes or miscommunications.
