All Ka’Upena participants are required to attend 1 learning community a quarter. Learning community meetings are structured as a place where educators collaborate to improve their teaching practices and support each other’s professional development. These meetings aim to foster a culture of continuous improvement, mutual support, and shared responsibility for the education and well-being of young children.
