2013 Annual Benefit Dinner
PATCH hosted our 2013 Annual Benefit Dinner at The Willows in Honolulu on July 12, 2013. The theme was "A Brighter Future For Our Keiki" and we celebrated Hawaii’s greatest givers – those who care for our keiki. The dinner MC was Jennifer Robbins, from Sunrise Ohana and Hawaii News Now. A record-breaking number of attendees enjoyed fantastic entertainment by Nuuanu YMCA's Hula Hui o Kapunahala (a few of their keiki hula dancers are pictured below) and wonderful music by Darin Leong and Jon Yamasato as well as a silent auction and wine grab.
During the event, PATCH revealed the three winners of our “Hawaii’s Favorite Child Care Provider” contest! The contest winners received prize baskets with certificates for Lakeshore and Education Works. Six semi-finalists also received recognition and prizes for their great work. PATCH received over 200 nominations and thousands of votes for the 2013 contest so congratulations to all our finalists!
